But since June 2016, when the UK voted to leave the EU, the mood has been pretty dire. In addition, many UK companies have kept their powder dry on the Covid-19 pandemic by cutting or cutting dividends.
But things change quickly. Dividends are on the way back, as is value investing. No wonder an analyst says UK stocks could be the “trade of the decade”.
